Bridal Frequently Asked Questions

You may be wondering…

  • As soon as you have your date, I recommend booking. Popular weekends and prime-time slots go quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.

    As a guide, ideally 6–12 months ahead.

    Bookings opened January 1, so if your date is locked in, jumping in early is the best way to secure your preferred time.

  • Yes - I offer bridal makeup trials, and they’re typically required (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).

    A trial is your chance to perfect your wedding-day makeup look. We’ll chat through your inspiration, skin prep, coverage preferences, and what you want to feel like on the day, so everything is seamless and stress-free.

    Tip: Most brides book their trial 4–8 weeks before the wedding (or earlier if you’re travelling or have engagement photos).

    Based in Swift Current, Saskatchewan - bridal trials are held in-studio unless otherwise arranged.

  • Yes - I offer bridal party makeup and I’ll help coordinate timing so the morning runs smoothly. If, based on your party size and schedule, I determine a second makeup artist is needed, I’ll recommend trusted artists and I’ll handle the coordination and communication so it’s seamless for you.

  • Yes - a minimum of 4 makeup applications (or equivalent payment) is required for bridal bookings.

  • Yes - false lashes are included if desired for all bridal applications.

  • Bride: $200

    Bridesmaids / Mother of the Bride or Groom: $150

    All applications include optional false lashes (if desired).

  • I’m based in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, and I’m happy to travel to surrounding towns and venues across Southwest Saskatchewan. Travel outside Swift Current is charged at $50 per hour (round trip).

    For locations more than 1.5 hours away, or if an early start means I’d need to leave Swift Current before 7:00am to complete all applications on time, we’ll chat about the best option, and overnight accommodation may be required.

  • Once you submit the bridal enquiry form below, I’ll confirm availability for your date. If your date is available, you’ll receive a custom proposal including a proposed timeline based on your party size, location, and event details.
